Therapy for South Asian Women in Ontario, with Therapists Who Get It
We're South Asian women too. We know what it's like to balance the values you grew up with and the life you're building here in Canada. Online therapy across Ontario.
You've thought about therapy for a while now
Maybe you've been meaning to start for months, or even years, but life kept getting in the way. Maybe part of you feels like you should be able to figure this out on your own.
We hear this all the time. You don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out. Taking this step is enough.
Is this you?
Most of the women we work with are between 25 and 40. You might be:
Finishing university or just starting your career
Newly married and figuring out new relationship dynamics, with your partner and your in-laws
Navigating dating, or feeling the pressure to get married
Wanting a better relationship with your parents or family
Feeling burnt out at work and unsure how to slow down
Holding yourself to impossibly high standards
Struggling with self-esteem or the feeling that you're never quite enough
Since 2023, we've supported 300+ clients, most of them South Asian women working through family pressure, marriage, boundaries and burnout. Every therapist on our team is a South Asian woman who understands the balance you're trying to find.

Why Women Across Ontario Trust The Therapy Couch
We understand, because we've lived it
Every therapist on our team is a South Asian woman, with roots in India or Pakistan, raised here in Canada. We know how hard it can be to honour your family's values while living your own life.
We understand family dynamics, whether that's with your parents or your in-laws. We know the pressure that builds when you're working hard on your career. And some of us are eldest or only daughters ourselves, so we know where that perfectionism can come from.
Our sessions are safe and judgment-free. You don't have to explain every part of your culture or religion before we can get to what matters. We just get it, so you can spend your time on you.
A space where you don't have to explain yourself
What we can work on together?
Setting boundaries without the guilt
Learning to say no
Creating healthier family dynamics
Building a stronger relationship with your partner
Communicating what you need, clearly and calmly
Feeling less pressure to be perfect
Understanding the root of patterns that keep showing up

Step 1: Reach Out
Book online, submit a form or call (416)-710-1381. Tell us a little about what's going on, in your relationship or with family, friends, or work and whether you're coming as a couple or on your own.
Step 2: The Free 15-Minute Consult
We'll talk about what's going on. In your relationship or with family, friends, or work and answer your questions. No pressure, no commitment.
Step 3: Your First Session
We'll explore what's bringing you in, the patterns you keep running into, and what you want to change. Together, we'll set clear goals for your work.
Step 4: Ongoing Sessions
Sessions are virtual, from anywhere in Ontario. We use an integrative approach to help you reach your goals, working on what's underneath the conflict and giving you practical tools to use between sessions. Book and manage appointments through our Client Portal.
Step 5: Moving Forward
Every journey is different. Some clients feel relief within a few months; others choose longer-term therapy to keep growing. You decide the pace.
