Insurance and Benefits
Using Your Insurance for Therapy
Many extended health plans in Ontario cover therapy with a Registered Psychotherapist. We don't direct bill. You pay at each session, we send a receipt, and you submit it to your insurer for reimbursement.
How it works
Check your coverage before your first session (questions below).
Pay at your session by [PAYMENT METHODS]. Your card is charged [after each session / at booking].
Get your receipt by email the same day.
Submit it through your insurer's app or website. Most plans reimburse within a few business days.
