What is your rate per session?
The hourly (50 minutes) rate is $180/hr. We offer a sliding scale.
What is a sliding scale?
With a sliding scale, the therapist offers a range of fees that clients can choose from based on their financial situation. The scale typically includes a minimum fee and a maximum fee. Clients can select a fee within that range that they can comfortably afford.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide us with a 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the session
How long should I be in therapy for?
The duration of therapy varies form client to client. Some clients find relief and growth in a few months, while others choose longer-term therapy to continue their personal journey.
Is therapy covered by insurance or OHIP?
While therapy isn't covered by OHIP, many insurance plans offer coverage for mental health services. I'm happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement.
